What is the minimum age for a rage room?

Rage room participants must be 8 years or older and accompanied by a paid adult. The throwing alley allows participants 5 years or older with a paid adult.

What should I wear to a rage room?

Participants must wear long sleeves, long pants covering the ankles, and closed-toed hard-soled shoes. Safety gear is provided and required.

Are waivers required?

Yes. All participants must complete a waiver prior to arrival. Minors require a parent or guardian waiver.

Can I get a refund or reschedule?

All sales are final. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 50% fee, and outside 48 hours incurs a 25% fee.

Minimum Age to Participate

Rage Room: All rage room participants must be 8 years old or older and accompanied by a paid, participating adult who must be in the room.

Throwing Alley: Participants must be 5 years old or older and accompanied by a paid adult.

A paid, participating adult must remain in the rage room at all times
One participating adult may supervise up to three (3) minors under age 13

What To Wear

Long sleeve shirts
Long pants covering the ankle — no visible skin
Closed-toed shoes with hard soles
Face shield, nitrile gloves, and wrecking gloves are provided and required

No Exposed Arms or Legs

No short-sleeved shirts
No shorts, capris, or jeans with excessive holes
No crocs, sandals, or women’s flats
Visible skin at ankles requires $5 socks
$5 long sleeves available to rent
$20 coveralls available if requirements aren’t met

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior
Check in, gear up, connect your playlist, and select items
Sessions end promptly

Smash Rules

Safety equipment must be worn at all times
Use good judgment and stay aware of your surroundings and others
Swing only at approved objects — the steel wall is the target
Do not throw wrecking tools or use them to damage the room or building
Do not hit floors or walls with tools
Leave all broken items and debris inside the Rage Room
Remove safety gear after exiting only

NOTICE: Sessions are video recorded for safety. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to video recording. Rule violations or intentional damage may result in removal and legal action.
