Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow cancellations. If you need to make changes within 24 hours of making your reservation, we will happily get you rescheduled.

Yes, there is. To reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your reservation, there is a 50% reschedule fee; otherwise it is 25%.
Good or bad, we live in Minnesota and snow is an expectation. That being said, if the National Weather Service issues a Winter Storm Warning and we have inclement weather, we proactively call customers to reschedule. I want to keep my customers and staff safe and off unsafe roads.
Of course we do - however, we recommend reservations as we cannot guarantee walk-in availability.
You can pay cash if you come in as a walk-in.
We understand life gets in the way. Give us a heads up - depending on the schedule, we may be able to push back your reservation by 5-10 minutes. Worst case, we give you the remaining time on your reservation or offer to reschedule your appointment (subject to the reschedule fee).
Unfortunately, if there is another reservation after yours, we do have to be firm on the end time. All of our customers deserve their appointment to start on time.
Safety & Gear
Absolutely! We provide face shields, gloves, and a full safety briefing.
Long sleeves, pants covering the ankles, and closed-toe shoes are required.

After electronics are mangled beyond recognition, we do our own in-house teardown (separating the different recyclable parts) and recycle them.
