🧨 WreckIt Rage Room Terms of Service

By booking, signing a waiver, or participating in activities at WreckIt Rage Room (“we,” “us,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. These are in place to protect you, our staff, and our business — and to make sure everyone has a safe, fun, and properly smashing experience.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation involves real risks, including but not limited to:

• Flying debris
• Broken glass/sharp objects
• Physical exertion
• Blunt force from tools
• Emotional stress or injury

By entering our facility or booking a session, you voluntarily assume all risks and release WreckIt Rage Room from liability for injury, illness, property damage, or death — except in cases of gross negligence.

2. MEDICAL CONDITIONS & EMERGENCIES

You may not participate if you are:

• Pregnant
• Diagnosed with serious heart conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or other stress-exacerbated conditions

If a medical emergency arises, our staff may call 911 at their discretion. All medical costs are your responsibility.

3. AGE POLICY

• Minimum age: 8 years
• Ages 8–13: Must have a paid adult participant
• Ages 8–17: Must have parent/guardian waiver signed

Parents are financially responsible for damages caused by minors.

4. ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, gear-up, and safety briefing. Late arrivals may lead to a shortened session or forfeiture without refund.

5. DRESS CODE & GEAR

• Required: Long sleeves, long pants, closed-toe shoes
• No exposed skin allowed during sessions
• Protective gear must be worn at all times

Non-compliance = removal or refusal of service.

Optional Rentals:

• Long socks – $5
• Shirt rental – $5
• Coveralls – $20

6. BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. You may be removed for:

• Being under the influence
• Throwing tools or horseplay
• Verbal abuse or harassment
• Bringing alcohol, drugs, or weapons

We reserve the right to remove anyone without refund.

7. WAIVER POLICY

No waiver = no participation. Waivers must be signed in advance at this link.

8. LIABILITY RELEASE

• You accept full responsibility for any injury you sustain
• You hold us harmless unless it’s gross negligence
• You indemnify us from legal claims related to your participation

9. VIDEO & AUDIO MONITORING

All rooms and public areas are monitored for safety and legal purposes. Guest filming is only allowed with prior staff approval.

10. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

• All sales are final – no refunds
• Reschedule fee: 50% (within 48 hrs), 25% (outside 48 hrs)
• Gift cards are final sale, not cash-redeemable

11. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for cancellations due to weather, power outages, or public emergencies. Sessions may be rescheduled, but not refunded.

12. PROPERTY DAMAGE

• You may only smash items provided by WreckIt Rage Room
• Damage to walls, floors, fixtures = you pay for it
• Theft or vandalism = removal and potential legal action

13. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for safety, behavioral, or health-related concerns. This includes current and future reservations.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in Scott County. You waive class-action rights by agreeing to these Terms.
