Welcome to WreckIt Rage Room!

To keep things safe and fun, all participants must complete this short waiver before entering the rage room. If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must review and complete this waiver on the participant’s behalf.

Important Age & Guardian Requirements

Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Ages 8–13: A responsible adult (18+) must be inside the rage room at all times with the minor.

Ages 14–17: A parent or guardian must remain on-site in the building during the session.

All minors (8–17): A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this waiver prior to arrival.

Initial Acknowledgment

I knowingly and voluntarily release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless JANI Entertainment, LLC dba WreckIt Rage Room, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liabilities for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from participation in this activity, including those caused by ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the participant is under 18 years of age, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and agree to this waiver on behalf of the minor participant.

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally authorized to complete this waiver. If the participant is under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and accept all terms on the minor participant’s behalf.
